As a friendly reminder, Bulky limbs may be collected up to two business days after your yard waste collection each week. Containerized Yard waste pickup normally occurs on Tuesday, in your area. Please place bags separate from your limb pile as two different trucks will collect these items. Please place your waste curbside and clear of obstructions prior to 7:00 am. All pieces must be between 3 and 5 feet long and no more than 6 inches in diameter. We also ask that the pile is less than 20 cubic yards, otherwise there may be a charge for collection. Any small, loose yard waste (such as leaves and pine straw) should be bagged or containerized for the weekly yard waste collection. "

Thanks for the response. I understand pickup times are different than our trash pickup- still wanted to verify our limb pile has been curbside for over three weeks.

Additionally, I think it is ridiculous that even though the city has for three straight weeks missed our neighborhood we are still financially responsible for paying fees on anything over the limit. If everything would be picked up in a timely manner than people might not accrue large amounts of debris.

Fayetteville Residents, concerning your report of missed Yard Waste & Limb collection, the City of Fayetteville is working diligently to remove them. There is a high volume of yard waste and limbs across the municipality, and due to operational circumstances affected by COVID-19, the service is delayed. The Solid Waste Division is aware of the yard waste and limb piles and moving quickly to remove them from residential curbs. Please do not continue to add to your waste piles, as this may result in your waste exceeding the ordinance limits. Thank you for your patience.
