A. rats, rats, rats....There are HUGE rats running about on Division Street between 6th & 7th Streets. They are too big for the traps, they are CAT size and traps need to be set. With all the construction around the area they are all over the place now that the construction has been halted. I walk my dog up there with other neighbors and they are all complaining about the amount of RATS walking around.
