Description

If the City is to preserve the old B&M RR track right of way between New St. and Fresh Pond Parkway for future use as a rail trail (which would be a good thing to do, and is marked on the master plan as a goal), it should take action to keep this ROW clear and avoid adverse use by abutters in the form of parked vehicles and construction material storage, both of which are currently being done.
