Description
On the East side of Willeo Road between Coleman and Highway 120 there is a persistent water leak that flows over the sidewalk and is causing a trip hazard and a danger to pedestrians who use the sidewalk. To avoid stepping in the mud and water on the sidewalk as a result of this drainage pedestrians and walkers with strollers must step into the roadway to walk around it - very dangerous. The watery discharge also has an oily film in it and may be dangerous. This leak has continued for months and months and flows down from the empty lot above the sidewalk. Please address this issue.
