Ryan: I am pleased to see you writing tickets. I like the companionship. I lived three blocks from this ticket location last Fall and Winter, so I walked there often.
Appears that we have a contact with Public Storage and this is what John Byer's said,
"Thank you for forwarding the attached letter to me. We very much appreciate being part of the local community, and realize there are on-going maintenance issues that we need to address on our property.
I do not feel, however, that it is a fair statement to say nothing has been done. We ask our property staff to patrol the perimeter of the property daily to pick up trash and debris, and we also have a gardener come to the property weekly. If this is not being done consistently, I will communicate this to my District Manager, Neil Calloway, to correct the problem. In addition, we are planning some upgrades to the property in 2009 that will continue to address the appearance and maintenance of the property going forward.
Thank you again for the communication. I will follow up with my team in San Francisco.

If anyone has the energy to contact this person at the storage company please do so...I have over the past 2 years tried but it has not worked.
