Looks like that sidewalk could use replacement. I see a trip and fall hazard.

I went by the property earlier this week. I do not think the police parking unit is issuing tickets at this time. In this case I’m sure they would not consider the sidewalk blocked by the trailer hitch. It has rounded edges and was not hazardous. The tenants asked about why I was there. They took the hitch off voluntarily the next day.
