Drainage construction was halted by MWA due to COVID19? Construction had nothing to do with public, don't know why stopped. However, huge concrete drains in road, large metal covering hole, horrible noise from speeding traffice.
Come on Macon--get it started and finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
