I will have our Code Enforcement official take a look at it this afternoon.

This was inspected yesterday and Code Enforcement spoke with the nearest property owner. I does appear the tree is in the city's right-of-way. We will have the Maintenance and Repair crew take a look at it and determine our next steps.
