Description
Pine tree is on right of way of Thurmond and 2504 Nancelon Circle S. Noticed when cutting brush from around tree that it is starting to uproot. if the tree falls during a storm it will fall across the road onto the house on the other side of Thurmond. Tree is between 80' to 100' tall. There are power lines running down the road that it would also take out when it falls.

I placed a pink wire flagger on the R/W near the live leaning pine on the Thurmond frontage. The live tree is leaning and the ground at the base is budging. The cross-street neighbor is also concerned about it. Someone knowledgeable should make a judgement about this tree.
The homeowner is also concerned about a large pine next to her Nancelon driveway. This large pine is well ON the R/W and blocks her view when leaving the driveway. It seems to be a healthy pine.
