You can see on the roadway where a vehicle bottomed out, smashed its oil pan and had the oil catch fire. NASTY NASTY dip!

I have reported this issue to the NCDOT Division 5, but so far no response.

I saw a car carrier driver today who went over the part of the bump in the far right lane at 65mph. The rig almost lost his load!

So it's pretty obvious that the state knows about the issue since they installed 'dip' signs. Does that mean that every time our alignments and suspensions get worn out or messed up that we can make a claim for damages?

Ncdot has finally repaired it.
