Description

From Cheltlenham Aven to Oxford Circle, then Oxford Ave to the Naval Aviation Center was NOT PLOWED Friday morning and even Friday afternoon! I pay Philadelphia City Wage taxes and do NOT consider these streets to be secondary - they are MAIN artery streets! They were a dangerous disgrace! Also, Devereaux and Levic, also MAIN artery streets, were unplowed with dangerous thick ice. They need plowing now! Thank You!
