Code Enforcement assigned this issue to Public Safety- NPD

At this time this truck and trailer is legally parked and not violating any parking laws. It is registered with DMV and in good standing. This vehicle is not abandoned and will not be removed at this time.

Wow really. So it can just continue to sit there & not move? All that trash on the trailer & inside that truck is an eyesore for the neighborhood!

I understand that the vehicle is an eyesore for the neighborhood. At this time, the vehicle is not breaking any laws, therefore we have no legal right to tow or ticket it at this time.

Last month, when you made the same complaint about the same vehicle we came out and checked the status and it remains the same. It is "Registered," "Good Standing," and not breaking any parking violations today.

Gotcha I understand. Last time the trash on there was different stuff & there was a oven or dryer on the side of the trailer. Just trying to get our area cleaned up.
