I believe that the irate residents would do better for all if they complained to the other residents that fill the CHC's parking spaces. Snow removal on Green St. is the city's responsibility and i don't see any thanks to the Community Health Center's crew i saw clearing snow for stuck residents. Residents parking in clearly posted parking at night and leaving cars throughout the day are at fault here.Residents know who's cars they belong to, speak to them, solve the problem..

no, they clearly were only doing their parking spaces while they were stuck many of the residents could not make it to work.
