Solid waste truck that serviced Vanstory Hills on Thursday, January 21, 2021 has leaked hydraulic fluid throughout both sides of the road. This oil fluid interferes with neighbors doing their walks for not wanting to walk into the oil, so they’re forced to walk into the traffic pattern. Respectfully requesting the trucks hydraulic system to be repaired. Thank you
