Description

Solid waste truck that serviced Vanstory Hills on Thursday leaked what appears to be hydraulic fluid throughout both sides of the road in Vanstory Hills. This interferes with neighbors doing their evening walks for not wanting to walk into the oil you were forced to walk into the traffic pattern. (Please fix truck)
