Description

This underpass could be utilized more for those living in the area if it was better maintained. The Kroger is just on the other side but I noticed massive chunks of concrete falling apart and left on the sidewalk and overgrown weeds. With so many people flying down Studemont, this area doesn’t serve pedestrian’s as well as it could.
