The debris 100’ from the restrooms at Lake Merritt has been piling up for the past 3 months and has become a health and safety issue OPW drives by this growing pile daily. Since @libbyschaff has closed Lake Merritt for the next 3 weekends due to COVID19..this would be a great time to clean it up...the homeless person in the tent appears to have mental health issues
