Neighbor runs an attic fan for hours at a time, sometimes as long as 8 hours a day. The fan is set in the back of the house. The noise is mechanical and harsh and I can hear it from inside my house w the windows closed. I’m unable to enjoy my yard at all when it’s on. It’s been going on for years and the noise gets worse each year.
