All of Highfield Drive is a mess. Particularly between 2 and 17.
You are doing a terrible job maintaining this stretch.
Also, the end of Popple Bottom heading into the conservation past Christina lane. We were told that it would be fixed in May. They tried putting dirt down a few months ago. Did not work. We promote conservation in this town, but you cannot get to the gate at the end of Popple Bottom. No parking as well. Poor Job! We also pay the highest taxes on the cape and get the least amount of services. After living in Sandwich for 36 years, It's still poorly managed. I would give the Highway Department a D.
