Description

The wide sidewalk along the creek just west of Brook Run Park has a low spot that floods everytime it rains. 75-100% of the sidewalk is underwater for days after it rains. 2 way walking and bicycle traffic is impossible. The sidewalk needs to be raised, or drainage accomodations need to be made ASAP.
