My neighbors suv was struck by one of the public works truck (trash collection) trying to make the turn and leave Brookford Street.

Thanks for your report. Brookford St is not unlike other dead end streets in the City and there are wide curb cuts at the end of Brookford that truck drivers may utilize to turn. As parking in the city can be difficult and we’d like to maintain on-street spaces for residents/neighbors, we will not be removing parking here at this time.
