I'm not clear why you are asking me to call it in when I have reported it on the app. Residents are given the app to report problems/concerns to the city, then it is my understanding that those who work for the city take care of the problem.

When reporting on the app the resolution may take longer. Calling items like this in may receive a quicker resolution. Thank you for your patience during this time.

The shopping cart is still there as of 1pm today.

A DPW truck is currently in the area and will pick up the shopping cart.
