This section of Western Ave is state highway and falls under the purview of MA DOT.

We have notified the state of the situation and have been told it will be addressed.

Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

I emailed this exact same request on May 7th and nothing has been done about it yet. Today is June 1st.

Heather, as previously stated this falls under the purview of MA DOT not the City- We have notified them several times and they have said it will be taken care of.

Unfortunately, we cannot repaint the crosswalks on property that is not ours.

I have a little more information for you..... the crosswalks in question need to have ADA compliant ramps installed - I know they are trying to get that lined up.

I see. I'm glad to hear that the ramps need to be ADA compliant.
