Not sure if anyone is reporting pickup but these items are probably not gonna be picked up by the city anyway. There are tires and a car battery sitting in the alley. I don’t know if someone is dumping this stuff here or it’s the residents. But... I know if stuff stays here it’s gonna make people think this is a dumping ground. Not the first time people would have dumped in this area though...
