There are regularly vehicles and gatherings in front of Micro's Market. Vehicles park on the block, obstructing residential driveways for hours at a time. Customers and homeless individuals loiter outside the store and on the block drinking and smoking every day, especially Thursday-Saturday. There is rarely ever any parking enforcement unless a call is placed, otherwise these non-residents would not be able to park in the same spot all day. There is always noise from the vehicles playing loud music, there is always garbage from the empty liquor and beer containers, and there are frequent instances of the loiterers using the surrounding properties as toilets. This is ongoing and a nuisance to the neighborhood. The owner's of Micro's Market do nothing about the loitering and are fully aware it goes on.
