The large over growth of weeds and trees along the inside and outside of the fence around the lot is being used by people to hide in and relieve themselves, also to Store their belongings that they don't want to have to load on their backs when they migrate from one spot to another. If the bushes and trees were cut down, it wont be a spot for multiple people to hide and do unlawful acts.
