Description
DPW has been out several times to clear this and just left it. It looks like the huge roots from the giant dying tree on berm (that also uprooted the sidewalk)has blocked the drain. crew should nbe sent.out with whatever they need to bore through the roots and referral to additional Dept for tree removal and sidewalk repair too.
