Encampment growing larger, more and more debris and stored junk. Huge stink from feces and rotting materials. Junk is getting into creek bed. Why has this person been allowed to set up camp in a city park for months, when residents are prohibited? Located along Frog Park path by Temescal Creek behind DMV and Davita. You can’t miss it. If Berkeley is moving its homeless into Oakland hotels why can’t you get this person out of the park?

The street peoples advocate and there ACLU attorneys have schooled there clients well. They do not have to do anything they do not want to. So they are not going stay anywhere there are rules. As long as all the enabling and pandering of the vagrants continues nothing will change or as we can all see its getting worse. Plus its all funded by the taxpayers.
