Description
This is the second time I've made a complaint. The first time says it was resolved, the picture shows otherwise. The sewer immediately in front of 9019 Mahogany Row floods EVERY time it rains. It gets over halfway across the street, knocks over FULL garbage cans and is easily over ankle deep on me (I'm 5'3). I've attempted to dislodge any trash obstructing the sewer. The sewer has mass quantities of compost the sewage lid physically needs to be removed for the drain to be cleaned properly. Not sure who didn't do their job right the first time but this will continue to be a complaint to the city until fixed properly.
