Q. Please describe the issue
A. Our neighbor at twenty six Nash Street frequently leaves his diesel pickup truck running for long periods of time, unattended. Today, it was left running for almost an hour (50 min.) while he went in and out of the house and truck for various items. We are forced to close our windows because the diesel exhaust fills our house. We have family members with asthma.
