A guy comes in a white Ram cargo van license plate #EFT 6797, and unloads an orange 4 wheel ATV. He rides this vehicle up and down the park for hours disturbing our peace and popping willies, and people are standing by observing. The park is not supposed to be used for this purpose. This activity is a direct violation of park rules. We in the community are TIRED of this noise and the people he brings along with him disturbing the neighborhood.
