The owner of the building that houses Dollar General and Carr Hardware on Route 5 in Enfield has not cleaned up the trash, sticks and leaves that are covering up most of the sidewalk and curbside grassy area the borders the outside fence that is located behind this building along Colony Road and Dover Road. There is broken glass as well as a lot of disgusting garbage that has been illegally dumped there on a regular basis. There should be a visible street sign that reminds people that littering is illegal and subject to fines. The only cleaning that has been done so far has been by the Town that took down the tree that cornered Dover Road and Foxcroft Road and a close by neighbor that cleaned some of the leaves and vegetation in that immediate area. The owner of the Dollar General building has not been held accountable for their continued neglect! Please help us get this resolved!! Thank you
