Description
I am in my 6th year at 232 Ellsworth Ave. Recently, I called the building manager, saying that there were recent disruptions at all hours had changed the buildings from the family atmosphere to a dangerous one. She said Pike cannot control tenants. Over the past weekend, it was necessary to call the police, which did not end the threatening behavior of the tenant, including att4empted assault. I texted the manager in detail of this, but received no reply.
also asked...
Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?

This is a police issue, while its true Pike cannot control the tenants behavior PIKE can choose better tenants... More importantly, its clear that PIKE does not care for your loyalty as a tenant because its not seeking to resolve the matter. PIKE, Mandy, Ocean Management THEY ARE ALL SLUM LORDS!!!!!!! I hope once, LCI reopens their operations they can be more vigilant.
Sounds like its time for you to seek a different landlord that would appreciate a loyal, community oriented and concerned tenant. Keep calling New Haven PD= either the nuisance stops, they move out or you move....
