I see that last Wednesday you guys responded to my request to let me know a supervisor would be assigned to this. As of today, nothing has been done and I have still not been contacted. I would like to know what is considered a "timely manner" especially in this case when no one has come out since January. If this is not a Chatham County issue, please let me know so I can seek other avenues to get this handled.

You have not provided a contact number for a Supervisor to call you, please submit one and I will notify him of all the details in this See Click Fix issue and request that he contact you to discuss the severity of this situation.

Hi. I was told that they would be getting to it in a couple weeks, three max. Just confirming that this will be taken care of this week (week 4)?

This is now week 6 since I spoke to someone and was told that this issue would be handled. I would like someone to call me back and give me an EXACT date as to when this will be handled.
