judith terrace is a two way street only one car can go by at a time. its crazy. it causes traffic and people upset because you either have to pull into someones driveway for the other car to go by or you have to reverse back down if your trying to go up so the other car can go down. something needs to be done before someone gets hurt. they are alot of expecting mothers on this street..PLEASE HELP!!!
