Description
Since the Lakeside Joondalup SC works and the realignment of the paved pathway from the railway station to this council carpark, this area has looked like a mess, with grasses or other landscaping not replaced or repaired, and weeds taking over. Additionally, there are no bins in this area so persons walking to/from the carpark or in transit to other locations frequently dispose of litter in this area.
