Spoke with resident and assigned issue to EN. Advised him that someone would touch base with him about this ongoing erosion issue.

Mr. Mccay has spoken with resident and scheduled a meeting for 6/3/20.

The Engineering department inspected the site and will initiate the review process for a request for maintenance of drainage infrastructure outside the right of way. Once the review process is complete the owner will be notified.
