Jersey City, NJ be aware on 3 serial package thieves on the neighborhood especially Highland, Dekalb, Garrison, and near street. They walk morning, afternoon and evening. One entered my gate and took a package outside on surveillance camera. Today Garrison Avenue scattered stolen package boxes outside with different people name packages especially amazon and Fedex packages. On pics another stolen package from yesterday on the street, I notify the person that her package was stolen show her the pic and her address on the package.
