The traffic signal at the new Gilbert Park across from Lowe's needs to be synchronized with the traffic signal at Queen Creek & Higley rather than immediately changing when a car approaches the intersection from either location. There's a lot of stopping and starting on Queen Creek that is fuel wasteful, not to mention all the cars I've seen running that red light heading west from Higley.
Regarding the traffic signal on Queen Creek and Regional Park the Traffic Operations Engineer, just a made an offset adjustment for the PM peak plan that will help I believe during the PM at least if their issue is during the AM peak I will try and watch it again another day.
