Dumping next to former Walgreens bldg on E21 st n Church Ave..theres a private parking garage behind former Walgreens and nxt to 141 E21 St.. full of litter and in front of it someone continues to dump garbage bags broken bottles currently there's a discarded shelf of wood and a fiberglass shelf or whatever it is and garbage all around..its not be cleaned up and sanitation is not picking it up. it is an eyesore to the block and its food for the rats that are running around the area it contributes to the pollution and I find it's dangerous..there are children all around ..I have no idea who the owners of this private garage is but they don't seem to care..
I appeal.to our neighbors to report this disgusting habit of dumping in our community..
