Description

Home is situated at bottom of hill in culdesac. During storms, large amounts of water is rushing down the hill into my driveway and pooling in my garage. Neighbor on my left had same issue and the city placed a speed bump at the end of his driveway (see photo) which seems to alleviate problem.
