With the newly-created "Towsers Branch," the ditch behind our property no longer totally drains but is now filled with filthy, stinky, brown water. It will become a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes and is obnoxiously smelly when we try to sit on our back deck. Before "Towsers Branch" existed - about two weeks ago - the ditch totally drained after each rain and had no smell, and no potential for hatching mosquitoes.

I urge the county to return this ditch to its former state by letting it drain naturally as it used to.
