The neighbors at four four two six play their music from their front porch till 11 or 12.30 am. The music is so loud it shakes my windows and I live 4 houses away. They do not turn it down when asked.

We live directly across from this house - the base is so loud even at 11pm (started at 2pm)
Windows rattle, we can’t here our tv with all our windows closed -
These people are renting the house - at least 2 family units in a one family unit house
There are small children being exposed to the loud noice constantly
