Description
Lawn has not been mowed in over 2 months. Broken lawn mower left in front lawn since the last time mowing was attempted. Shrubs overgrown. House paint peeling and mold evident. Owner uses this as a rental property. Snakes ahve been seen coming from this lawn ,including a rattle snake. This is dangerous and needs to be immediaetly moved and the house painted. Continuing problem should I contact the Mayor if this department cannot do their job. This isue has gone on for several years and there is absolutely no excuse as to why this is not a priority to resolve with your department.

At the time of investigation on 06/02/2020, the Code Enforcement Officer issued a notice of violation for the property.
A revisit of the property is scheduled.
