Yellow lights STILL out on both poles on Bustleton Avenue facing westbound Bleigh St. Signals STILL go from green to red.
Supposedly resolved by Phila Dept of Streets on Philly311 tickets 1378925 and 1420764, yet the lights STILL don't work.

Update 2/3/2011: Lights are cycling again, but yellow lights are still out on both poles.
Green light is now out on the single pole of the Southwest corner of the intersection.

Ticket #1493783. Ticket forwarded to Streets Department for follow-up. A Streets Department Investigator will visit the site within 24 hours to evaluate and take appropriate action to make the intersection safe. Work should be completed within 4 business days.
