Description

This morning between midnight and 1 AM, a car driving up Windsor Avenue in the direction of West Main Street hit the speed limit sign and kept driving. Damage to the sign is shown in the attached picture and cars/motorcycles speeding up the street at night is a chronic (and dangerous) problem.
