Water in the road at the corner of Walton Blvd. & Market Place Blvd. is not draining properly. The standing water remains for long periods of time after it rains and after run off from sprinklers. The standing water in the road is a health hazard due to the ongoing threat of the West Nile virus. Is it possible for the City of Irving to repair the road to ensure that the water drains properly?
