Complaint #3 about the same issue!
The one I submitted on 5/30 was closed on 6/1 by the Mayor's Action Center, because..."In order for an investigator to respond about something that cannot be legally viewed from the street would require an owner of an adjacent property to allow the investigator on their property."
I have NEVER been on the property because I can view the entire backyard...from the STREET. TRY IT!!
Here it is again:
There are at least 3 junked cars stored in the backyard. At least 1 does NOT have a license plate.
If having a private, backyard auto junkyard meets code and health compliance, publish that in your notes, rather than CLOSING the issue.
I'm not giving up on this issue.
