Description

I have more photos but i caught this man dumping a bunch of debris and broken glass onto the sidewalk next to my nursery. Almost a whole truck full. I have pictures of him , his truck, and some of the debris. I swept it up and left it on the corner of Foothill and 28th ave to be picked up.
