Black Mitsubishi Montero SUV, license plate 7WLT461, vin#JA4MW51R41J015410. MAJOR front end damage, looks like they drove into a pole or tree, doesn't look drivable. This SUV has been parked on the street in front of 15 Burnham since at least May 21. Surround says Vallejo Rose Imports Plates up to date (tag is Sept 2020). Also submitted online #T20003741.
